Pure Hydrogen has entered into an agreement with CAC-H2 to construct three waste-to-hydrogen reactors on Australia’s east coast. The facilities will convert wood waste that would otherwise end up in landfills into renewable hydrogen. As a result, the Company’s board of directors has issued 4,444,430 additional shares of Hexagon Purus (the “Consideration Shares”) to the seller as part consideration for the shares of Wystrach, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Company’s shareholder meeting on 3 November 2020.
