Dr. Tarun Huria from India has been passionately working on hydrail for nearly two decades. He worked towards his first doctorate in hydrail from the University of Pisa, where Galileo once taught. India has announced plans to roll out its first hydrail train in December 2023, which is being designed and manufactured in India. India also has plans to rapidly proliferate the hydrail trains after the prototype is successful. We discussed the hydrail in India with Dr. Tarun Huria, and you can watch the full exchange below.

Rystad Energy research predicts that low-carbon project spending will rise by $60 billion this year, 10% higher than in 2022, driven by wind development but also by increased expenditure for hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) infrastructure.
By converting existing ammonia terminals to handle more than 500,000 tonnes of hydrogen, Yara International intends to boost the German hydrogen industry.
Clean hydrogen can help decarbonize industry, generate power, secure energy, and transmit renewable energy from production to usage.
In order to better understand the relationship between hydrogen production, water availability, emerging technologies, and the potential role water utilities can play in the hydrogen value chain throughout the UK and Ireland, a new project working group is being led by UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR).
The North American Leaders Summit (NALS), a trilateral summit involving Canada, Mexico, and the US, made several climate promises, but building a clean hydrogen market in North America was the most notable. After the Three Amigos Summit, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, US President Joe Biden, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau established climate change commitments and promoted North America’s economic integration. In a summary of the NALS talks, the White House said “developing a North American clean hydrogen market, including potential cooperation on research and development, safety codes and standards, cross-border hydrogen clusters, green freight corridors, and integrated…
Study of Hyflexpower first phase complete An innovative study into renewable energy called Hyflexpower has successfully completed its first phase, according to the Hyflexpower collaboration and Smurfit Kappa. Particularly the so-called green hydrogen, hydrogen has recently emerged as the greatest hope of the energy revolution and a crucial component in the decarbonization of the earth. Hyflexpower is a cutting-edge method of producing hydrogen from natural gas that has recently come to light. Even if hydrogen may be essential for reducing CO2 emissions in the future, how it is created is crucial for us to be able to discuss clean energy.…
At its manufacturing site in Villers-Saint-Paul, France, The Chemours Company announced a $200 million investment to boost capacity and enhance technology for its Nafion ion exchange materials, which are the best in the business.
According to recent research from Interact Analysis, the use of internal combustion engines (ICE) fuelled by hydrogen will take off over the next five years and rise exponentially during the following 17 years.
A number of tenders for new rolling stock, including multiple-units powered by hydrogen and batteries, have been announced by Italian regional operators.
