Atome has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Itaipu technological park (PTI), the research arm of the massive Itaipu hydroelectric dam on the Brazil-Paraguay border, for the latter country’s proposed 250MW green hydrogen and ammonia plant. The Western Australian Government has launched an Expressions of Interest (EOI) process for its $10 million Hydrogen Fueled Transport Program, which aims to promote the usage of hydrogen-fueled vehicles and local hydrogen generation in the state. Operators of public transportation, equipment manufacturers, and hydrogen producers are asked to submit an expression of interest.
