Lion Energy, a Sydney-based oil and gas exploration company, and Wagner Corporation, an Australian property developer, signed an agreement to explore opportunities in green hydrogen facilities and related infrastructure at the latter’s Wellcamp Business Park and Pinkenba Wharf locations in Queensland. Wagner owns the Toowoomba Wellcamp airport as well as the adjacent Wellcamp Business Park. The MoU is non-binding and valid for two years, but either party may terminate it with one month’s written notice.
