Hyzon Motors responded to a report released on September 28, 2021, that targeted Hyzon and was written by a business that the Company thinks is shorting the Company’s stock. While the Company disagrees with the report’s conclusions, which it thinks are based on a number of factual errors, it is carefully evaluating it and will react in due time.

These events sent the price of Hyzon shares crashing on Sept. 28, 2021.

The inquiry is looking at whether Hyzon reported the validity of current and potential client contracts correctly.

Park Ki-young, Vice Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy, made this comment on the 29th during a carbon neutrality meeting with leaders of firms in the Energy Alliance.

The two businesses want to create a carbon-neutral and environmentally friendly business relationship by efficiently leveraging each company’s know-how and infrastructure to extend the hydrogen value chain and contribute to the vitalization of the hydrogen economy as a result of this agreement.
