PRF Gas Solutions has officially launched its DRHYVE portable hydrogen car refueling station. This mobile refueling station, a first in Portugal, will be used to recharge fuel-cell automobiles. The newly formed GKN Hydrogen business unit of the worldwide engineering and aerospace group GKN has placed an order with Proton Motor Power Systems for eight additional PM Modules S8 for self-sufficient energy and heat delivery. GKN has now ordered a total of 25 PM Module S8 fuel cell systems, and the Board of Directors of Proton Motor anticipates additional orders as GKN continues to incorporate the Company’s technology into its integrated HY2 systems. Bakken Energy (Bakken) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Basin Electric Power Cooperative (Basin Electric) on key terms and conditions for the acquisition of the Dakota Gasification Company’s (Dakota Gas) assets. Dakota Gas is a Basin Electric subsidiary and the owner of the Great Plains Synfuels Plant (Synfuels Plant). The closing is conditional on the fulfillment of specified requirements and is expected to occur by April 1, 2023.
