Vestas will supply turbines for 132MW wind projects in the United States. An undisclosed wind project totaling 55MW will be comprised of 24 V120-2.2 MW and 4 V110-2.0 MW wind turbines including previously purchased PTC components.  The order covers the supply, construction, and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM5000) service arrangement to ensure the asset’s optimal efficiency. Vestas has received 168MW EnVentus orders from the Mediterranean. Iberdrola is advancing the development of renewable projects in Greece with a 102 MW turbine supply contract for its Askio II, Askio III and Rokani wind farms. The Nordex Group has been hired by Ignitis Group, Lithuania’s state-owned energy holding firm, to supply 14 N149/4.0-4.5 turbines. The Delta4000 series turbines are planned for the 63 MW Mazeikiai wind farm in the country’s northwest region. The deal also includes a 15-year premium service contract for the turbines. Vestas has been awarded a 30 MW contract for the Lenalea wind farm in Ireland, which is being built by SSE Renewables and Coillte Renewable Energy.
